Giuliano Mazzuoli is inspired by everyday objects even for �Trasmissione Meccanica.� The inspiration of many of his watches come from the passion that links him to the world of automobiles thereby cultivating a strong tie with the emotions that come from that world. Trasmissione Meccanica is also inspired by a mechanical instrument. This watch in the Giuliano Mazzuoli collection derives from an automobile transmission, where the gears of the transmission has been transformed into the case of the watch and a part of the clutch has become the dial. The watch almost has the scent of a mechanical workshop. It respects the traditions of all of Giuliano Mazzuoli watches, and it has the ambition to be something more than just an instrument to measure time.
