Select your watch's water resistance rating to see which activities are safe. Remember: water resistance degrades over time.

ISO Standards Explained
ISO 22810
Defines “water-resistant” for general use. The watch must withstand the rated static pressure in lab conditions. This does not guarantee safety during dynamic activities like swimming, where pressure spikes can exceed the static rating.
ISO 6425
The diver's watch standard. Requires minimum 100m rating, a unidirectional bezel, luminous markers, and each individual watch must be pressure-tested (not just a sample). Only watches meeting this standard may legally be labeled “Diver's Watch.”
Disclaimer: Water resistance is not a permanent property. Gaskets degrade with age, temperature changes, and chemical exposure. Have your watch's water resistance tested annually by a qualified watchmaker. Never operate the crown or pushers underwater unless the watch is specifically designed for it.
