The Archenhold Observatory in Treptower Park houses the longest refracting telescope in the world (21 meters) and was where Einstein presented his theory of general relativity in 1915. Berlin's Zeiss-Grossplanetarium in Prenzlauer Berg is one of Europe's most advanced planetariums.
